Business under control

„Increment of value through improvement of processes”

Our basic principle is the introduction of management systems and we have more than 13 years experience in this area. We work together with people from all organizational levels so as to achieve broad and trouble free acceptance of the processes.
We offer the implementation of management systems in the areas of quality (ISO 9.001), environment (ISO 14.001 and EMAS) and safety (OHSAS 18.001 and SCC) as well as an array of other services.

Integrated Management Systems IMS
The integrated management system is a system that takes many different perspectives into account. If an enterprise strives for certification in quality management, environmental management, and/or safety management, then, rather than creating several parallel management systems, one management system that utilizes the benefits of synergy should be created in order to fulfil the demands of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS.
The integrated management system is thus designed to account for different perspectives, such as quality, environment, security and to comprehensively plan, examine, and evaluate these aspects.

Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
Environmental management systems cater to the improvement and protection of the operational environment. This improvement can be based around the location of the site. An optimization of the environment related operational processes (production, waste management, energy management, sewage management, ecological procurement, environmental legislation requirements) is achieved through the introduction of ISO 14001 or EMAS. Conversely, in relation to improvement based on product development, the ISO 14041 can be utilized.

Risk Management
The purpose of risk management is to determine the extensiveness of the existing operational risks and then to evaluate and reduce the most significant risks through an applied method.
Through intensive integration of operational staff, risk aspects are determined and computed into risk scenarios. The specific feature of the applied method is the possibility to make different risks objectively comparable. The method that we utilize is based around personal protection, environmental dangers and inconveniences to neighbours, as well as the financial consequences to the enterprise.

Ecoprofit
The purpose of eco-profit is to reduce costs while at the same time taking measures to protect the environment. Eco-profit shows that environmental protection can be attractive from an economic standpoint which is illustrated through the motto „Environmental protection out of self-interest.“
The focal point is shifted in the operational environment from waste disposal to the avoidance and minimization of waste. Enterprises can lower prices by reducing material and energy consumption which in turn reduces waste.

Audits
We provide audits in the areas of environmental management, safety management and quality management. Furthermore we provide §82b examination and the „Legal Compliancy Check.“ Audits are one of the most effective tools in order to locate potential areas of improvement within an organization. One of the great challenges that enterprises face is how to adapt themselves to the constantly changing market. In order to achieve this, the enterprise needs tools to react quickly and to adapt itself to the changing situation. Therein lies the value of the audit. Audits are the necessary tool for continual improvement.

Environmental Site Assessment
We work with companies that want to raise their status in the environmental sphere, through environmental site assessments. The process coincides with the American Society of Testing of Material and is often applied in Due Diligence examinations.
The environmental site assessment determines the location of past and current activities of the enterprise as well as how adjacent areas were/are influenced or affected by the enterprises operations.

Life Cycle Assessment
The environmental impacts of a product are evaluated in a life cycle assessment. This involves the systematic recording (kg or kWh) of all matirials and energies that go into the individual stages of a product as well as all products and wastes emitted during the life phases. An ecological appraisement process then indicates how critical the individual material or energy flows are for the environment. A Life Cycle Assessment can provide your company with a sound basis for decisions on improvement measures in productrelated environmental protection.
